HERE’S WHAT WE DO AS YOUR HOUSE SITTERS ~
•We reside in your home each day, and more importantly, every night while you are away, providing a lived-in appearance that is crucial for the security and safe-keeping of your property.
•We walk, feed, cuddle and coddle your furry (and feathered) family members. We also administer pet meds, clean litter boxes, and pick up the poo!
•We collect the mail (scan and forward if requested) and put out the trash.
•We can also maintain plants, gardens and yards.
•We’ll take care of emergencies as they arise. Handle minor repairs or contact the appropriate folks who can (you provide a list of contacts).
•We will keep you updated via email, skype or Facebook so you know your pets are happy and everything at home is in good hands.
•We can oversee any regularly scheduled hired help.
•We will be happy to stock your refrigerator and leave a home-cooked meal to make your return as easy as possible.

Be specific and provide details! We need to have a clear understanding of your unique situation and specific requirements so that both parties can be confident that we are a good fit for your house sit.
Please provide as much information as possible about your home, it’s quirks, location, distance to shops, transporation, neighbors, emergency services etc.
